FreeBalance is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to act as a bridge between customer requirements, solution design, and development teams, focusing on government resource planning and public financial management. The role involves translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements, designing scalable GRP solutions aligned with government reform programs, and collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities include functional design and specification, governance and analysis of PFM business processes, quality assurance support, continuous improvement initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and effective communication with stakeholders.
