Itineris is hiring a Senior Functional Analyst to work within Project Delivery teams implementing its UMAX cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution for water and energy utilities. The role translates business needs into product requirements, manages customer expectations, supports Scrum teams, refines stories, aligns priorities, and guides stakeholders in adopting new software. Candidates need 5–10 years of experience in functional analysis, product ownership, or an equivalent role, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and strong English communication skills; utility-sector experience, Agile Product Owner certification, D365 or Power Platform knowledge, and UX experience are preferred. The position is permanent and hybrid.
