Datacom is seeking a Workday Senior Functional Consultant to act as a bridge between clients and implementation teams. This role involves leading workshops, eliciting requirements, designing solutions, and communicating Workday concepts to various stakeholders. The consultant will manage multiple high-profile projects, focusing on requirements gathering, design, configuration, and support activities, along with testing, knowledge transfer, and user training. The ideal candidate will possess strong Workday technical knowledge, particularly in absence management, time tracking, reporting, and business process configuration.
