Description
The employer is seeking a senior functional consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, with strong Field Service experience preferred. The role involves independently leading customer-facing functional consulting, requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-go-live improvement. The consultant will advise customers, coordinate with developers and integration specialists, assess implementation risks, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The position requires substantial D365 Project Operations and Customer Engagement experience, strong integrations and stakeholder-management skills, excellent English, GitHub Copilot experience, and full-time remote work.
