Description
The Senior Fund Accountant supports the administration and service delivery of fund and special-purpose vehicle structures across a portfolio of real estate. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts and financial statements, assisting with audits, coordinating tax compliance, managing payment services, calculating net asset values, serving as a client contact, coaching junior staff, and managing relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and property managers. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, an accounting qualification or progress toward one, knowledge of IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards, and strong analytical and client-service skills; Yardi expertise is preferred.
