Description
Sydecar is hiring a Senior Fund Accountant to support SPV clients through the lifecycle of their investment vehicles. The role manages post-closing events such as interest transfers, conversions, and realizations; serves as a client contact for post-initial-close questions; develops standard operating procedures; prepares and reviews distribution calculations; and sets up and reviews payments to companies and investors. The position requires at least three years of fund accountant experience, venture capital or private equity knowledge, US GAAP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. It is a hybrid role based in New York City or San Francisco, requiring two to three days per week in the office.
