Randstad Professional is hiring a Senior Fund Controller to manage the financial direction, reliability, and transparency of pension funds and support the transition to the Future of Pensions Act. The role prepares financial reports, oversees planning and control cycles and external audits, assesses new pension schemes and transition-in processes, translates regulations into controls, and advises management, actuaries, and regulators. Candidates need a university degree in Finance & Control, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of the Future of Pensions Act and transition-in processes. The role pays €6,250–7,000 gross per month based on 36 hours and includes health insurance, vacation days, travel allowances, and other benefits.
