Description
Blue Coding is hiring a Senior Associate for a U.S.-based private funds software client's Implementation team. The role focuses on hands-on configuration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and end-to-end implementation of fund structures and calculations, with minimal oversight and guidance of Associates. The position is not client-facing today and requires 3–5 years of relevant private funds industry experience, prior software or process implementation experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, English fluency, complex-data and Excel proficiency, and experience with AI tools for automation.
