NALA is hiring a Senior FX Sales & Trading professional to develop commercial and operational strategies for Rafiki’s FX sales and active B2B market-making. The role owns FX sales margins, automates pricing and trading workflows, manages hedging and exposure in frontier markets, and provides market intelligence. It requires at least seven years of FX trading or sales experience, strong B2B institutional sales expertise, knowledge of African FX markets, and experience managing a trading book’s risk and reward.
