Description
Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Senior General Counsel to own the legal and compliance function across cannabis regulation, corporate governance, contracts, real estate and transactions, legal operations, government affairs, and litigation readiness. The role reports to the CEO, manages a senior counsel and two paralegals, directs outside counsel, and requires active bar membership, Minnesota admission or prompt ability to obtain it, and at least eight years of experience including senior in-house leadership. The position is on-site in Edina five days per week and offers $225,000–$250,000 plus benefits, with a defined path to Chief Legal Officer.
