Description
The role manages power plant construction projects from conceptual development through completion, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, contractors, regulators, vendors, and utility partners. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, quality control, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, procurement, permitting, site supervision, documentation, and team leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10–15 years of utility-sector experience, 8–12 years of power-plant development and construction experience, at least 8 years in a managerial or supervisory role, and strong project management, leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
