TurningPoint Global Solutions LLC is hiring a Senior Geographic Information System Programmer (GIS) / Systems Analyst for a six-month contract in Towson, Maryland. The role supports the Office of Information Technology’s GIS Program and the Office of Planning by developing and maintaining GIS applications, upgrading a custom ArcMap add-in to an ArcGIS Pro add-in, performing code reviews and technical documentation, and designing enterprise databases. The position requires substantial experience with J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, ArcGIS technologies, SQL, and relational databases, and offers a hybrid schedule with three days in Towson, Maryland.
