Description

Geo Owl is hiring a Senior GEOINT Collections Manager/Source Throughput Analyst to support a government customer by optimizing GEOINT source utilization, collection throughput, mission synchronization, and integration of emerging capabilities. The role covers GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination; large multi-source dataset analysis; automated collection strategies; sensor and capability integration; mission relationship management; and coordination across intelligence community stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of relevant GEOINT and data-management experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and a high school diploma or GED. Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years supporting GEOINT TCPED, including real-time and activity-based collection
5+ years managing large multi-source datasets and developing automated collection strategies
Experience with automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies
Experience managing priorities across geographically separated client locations
Experience with NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures
Experience with NSG/IC collaborative tools
Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across the IC
Ability to establish relationships with NRO stakeholders
Experience supporting capability integration into operational environments
Experience leading or supporting capability integration teams
Preferred Qualifications: GPC-F Certification
Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)
Translating intelligence capabilities into training objectives
Providing feedback on training materials
Researching and documenting non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities
Operational experience with vector data
