AECOM is hiring a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its Ground Engineering Practice in the Northeast region, based at the AECOM Newcastle office with hybrid work between the office and home. The role leads geotechnical input from desk study and feasibility through ground investigation, interpretation, design, specifications, reports, and construction drawings, while supporting junior team members and overseeing project delivery against programme and budget. Candidates should have a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, strong UK ground conditions and design knowledge, relevant geotechnical design experience, and willingness to travel throughout the United Kingdom.
