Description
ETS is hiring a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, PE to lead complex geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing projects in Virginia. The role manages project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, technical quality, client relationships, and specialist testing; directs subsurface exploration and advanced geotechnical analyses; prepares and seals reports; mentors junior staff; and supports critical construction activities. The position requires a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, a professional engineer licence, and at least seven years of progressively responsible experience, with Virginia licensure preferred. The contract is permanent and full-time, with a salary of 120,000–140,000 and a mix of onsite and office work.
