GZA is hiring a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to execute geotechnical projects involving buildings, bridges, highways, railroads, tunnels, marine and waterfront developments, water resources, dams, foundations, earth retention, ground improvement, and related analyses. The role manages project teams, proposals, reports, contracts, budgets, financial issues, client communications, business development, and staff mentoring, with potential ownership and advancement opportunities. It is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin or Oak Brook, Illinois, requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, a P.E., and project-site travel; the base salary is $100,000 to $120,000, with medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
