Schnabel Engineering is hiring a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for its Rockville, Maryland office. The role leads complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects; oversees advanced geotechnical investigations; builds and mentors technical teams; drives business development and client relationships; and contributes to firmwide thought leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or geotechnical engineering, at least 12 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience, a Professional Engineer license, and expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and risk-informed decision-making. Compensation is listed for Associate and Senior Associate levels, with the Senior Associate range of $165,000 to $190,000 for 15–20+ years of experience.
