GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager / Senior Geotechnical Engineer for its Metro Boston Geotechnical team. The role manages project teams and technical delivery across proposal, contract, and execution phases; oversees QA/QC, budgets, compliance, deliverables, and project performance; and supports training and broader company tasks. It is based in Norwood or Amesbury, Massachusetts, with local and regional travel and a hybrid remote work arrangement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil, geological, or geotechnical engineering, at least eight years of relevant experience, EIT status, and strong geotechnical engineering knowledge. The base salary is $105,000–$135,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
