HDR is hiring a Senior GIS Analyst to lead complex GIS analysis projects, develop spatial models with tools such as Spatial ModelBuilder, Python, and ArcGIS, support project marketing and budgeting, prepare quality assurance plans, and supervise GIS professionals. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of practical GIS experience, proficiency with ArcGIS and Microsoft 365, experience with ETL and advanced analyst tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead GIS projects.
