Stream Realty Partners is hiring a remote Senior GIS Analyst to lead site selection, relocation, workforce, demographic, and market analyses across its national platform. The role produces maps, dashboards, StoryMaps, reports, and presentations; advises brokers and business teams on location intelligence; and develops GIS standards, automation workflows, and emerging analytical capabilities using tools such as ArcGIS Pro, Python, and ModelBuilder. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressively responsible GIS or location-intelligence experience, advanced Esri and spatial-analysis expertise, and the ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations.
