Description
The Senior GL Accountant reports to the Hotel Controller and is responsible for recording accounting transactions, preparing journal entries, monitoring banking transactions, reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining fixed assets and debt roll-forwards, coordinating month-end close and audits, preparing financial and tax reports, and improving accounting processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years of full-cycle accounting experience, strong Excel and general ledger skills, and a valid Nevada gaming and driver’s license.
