Intuit is hiring a Manager of Global Benefits Processes and Operations to lead and develop a global benefits operations team. The role oversees benefits administration, annual enrollment, vendor management, HRIS and payroll integrations, data controls, M&A and country expansion implementations, process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives. The manager will also coordinate with HRIS, payroll, legal, tax, finance, communications, and external vendors while serving as a subject-matter expert and stakeholder leader. The position requires 10–15+ years of global benefits operations experience, including US healthcare and 401(k) administration, and offers base pay of $188,500–$255,000 in San Diego or $201,500–$273,000 in Mountain View, California.
