Palsgaard is hiring a Senior Global People Partner to join its Global People & Culture team and partner with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership, performance management, talent, succession planning, reward, organizational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, employee relations, and organizational development. The role requires extensive international People Partner experience, structured HR discipline expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and English fluency. It is based at the company’s global headquarters in Juelsminde and offers health insurance, an additional week of vacation, and profit-sharing through the pension scheme.
