Advantage HQ is hiring a Senior Sourcing Specialist to build and scale a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. The role focuses on identifying passive candidates, developing sourcing strategies, maintaining talent pools, researching talent markets, engaging candidates, managing ATS records, tracking sourcing metrics, and using AI and automation to improve efficiency. The specialist will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Head of People & Culture to support Advantage HQ’s growth.
