Lucid Motors is hiring a Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager to develop and execute the procurement strategy for materials used in its chassis mechanical system. The role manages supplier relationships, performance, contracts, inventory, demand planning, risk, cost, and commercial negotiations while collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering, complex supply-chain and data-analytics experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, project-management tools, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems such as SAP. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, battery or automotive industry experience, commodity management expertise, and international trade knowledge.
