Netguru is looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join their team. This fully remote contract position involves developing and maintaining backend services using Golang, potentially extending to React for a full-stack approach. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, and familiarity with modern development practices, cloud-based environments, and AI-assisted development tools.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Solid experience building backend systems and APIs in a production environment.
Experience working in product-focused engineering teams rather than strictly delivery or outsourcing environments.
Understanding of modern development practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS (deep infrastructure expertise is not required).
Experience using AI development tools as part of the engineering workflow.
Ability to work effectively in a high-autonomy environment with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications: React experience - full-stack role
Experience working in fast-moving product companies.
Background in strictly typed languages such as Java, .NET, or Kotlin.
Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams during feature discovery and implementation.
