Description
Crusoe is hiring a Senior GPU Capacity and Optimization Planner to manage, allocate, and strategically bin-pack its high-performance GPU fleet across data centers. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Fleet Management, Infrastructure Engineering, and Data Center Operations to translate commercial pipelines into hardware requirements, maximize GPU utilization, forecast demand, and develop automated scheduling and visualization tools. Candidates need at least three years of capacity planning, technical product management, or systems engineering experience, hyperscaler or large-scale AI compute experience, GPU topology knowledge, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
