Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums
Good managerial skills to carry other team members along
Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts.
Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.
Excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and colors.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on close deadlines.
