The role involves developing campaigns, applying motion graphics and animation, mentoring junior and mid-level designers, partnering with brand and activation teams, using performance metrics to refine creative output, adopting AI tools, editing video and photo assets, and managing multiple projects across Babyletto, Namesake, and daVinci Baby. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on brand-building experience, a strong portfolio, mastery of design fundamentals, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and experience mentoring or leading designers. The California pay range is $90,000–$110,000 USD, with health, dental, and vision insurance premiums paid by the employer.
