Mons Royale is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer in Wānaka, New Zealand, to lead seasonal campaign execution and global brand creative across digital, retail, social, and print touchpoints. The role combines conceptual art direction with technical graphic design, including storyboarding, visual direction, seasonal assets, trade and retail marketing, digital and social design, Figma and Adobe workflows, prepress, typography, brand systems, and mentoring junior designers. Candidates need 4–6+ years of graphic design experience, a portfolio demonstrating campaign and layout thinking, advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and the ability to work in or relocate to Wānaka.
