The position works with the Senior Creative Director on marketing literature, digital assets, banners, email, social media, website graphics, short-form video editing, templates, and event-related design projects. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, leading and mentoring junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, presenting deliverables, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to design systems and style guides. The role requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, at least seven years of professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, familiarity with G Suite, print production knowledge, and Microsoft PowerPoint ability.
