FYUL is hiring a Cybersecurity Governance & Assurance Manager to execute the company’s information security governance and assurance strategy. The individual-contributor role manages ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related audits; develops GRC automation and compliance-as-code workflows; assesses vendor security; maintains risk registers; and supports policies, documentation, and security awareness. The position requires at least five years of cybersecurity GRC, IT audit, or security compliance experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrated automation capability. It offers a monthly gross salary of EUR 5,000 or more, with remote or Riga-office work, private health insurance, and other benefits.
