IESE Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Ground Segment Systems Engineer to support the United States Space Force in developing, deploying, and sustaining a National Security Space system. The role is based in El Segundo, California, and covers systems architecture, requirements and interface management, software backlog prioritization, system testing, acquisition strategy, and integration of cloud-based ground-segment systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant discipline, 18 years of experience or 4 additional years in lieu of the degree, extensive space-systems and software-engineering experience, and an active Top Secret clearance with an SSBI/T5 background investigation.
