Impala Studios is seeking a Senior Growth Manager & Studio Lead to accelerate the growth of their Music Studio, specifically focusing on the Piano App. This role involves defining and executing growth strategies, leading a cross-functional growth squad, and taking full ownership of all aspects from strategy to execution. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience in mobile app growth marketing, with ownership across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Clear ownership of end-to-end growth, from strategy to execution and results.
Solid experience with subscription-based revenue models and LTV/CAC optimization.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience growing products for a younger, creator- or learner-oriented audience.
Experience scaling products globally, especially in the US market.
Familiarity with cultural and behavioral differences in acquisition, engagement, and retention across regions.
