LemFi is hiring a Senior Growth Manager - LATAM to own market expansion strategy across Latin America, including Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico. Reporting to the Head of LATAM, the role covers sender growth, paid and organic channels, agency and influencer partnerships, product feedback, market-entry playbooks, hiring decisions, and data-driven campaign optimization. Candidates need at least five years of growth, sales, field marketing, or community-led experience, a fintech or consumer-tech growth track record, LATAM diaspora knowledge, paid-campaign management, and experience managing an eight-figure growth budget.
