Flare is hiring a Senior Growth Marketer - B2C to own commercial growth for its employee benefits products, starting with private health insurance. The role owns B2C campaigns, CRM and lifecycle journeys, website and in-app experiences, messaging, offers, experiments, and performance optimization across lead generation, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue. The position requires hands-on experience with B2C growth, lifecycle, retention, engagement, or CRM marketing, along with the ability to move from strategy through execution and use data and AI tools to improve commercial results.
