Eaton is hiring a Senior Growth Sites-Front End Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, cross-site IT programs for its Key Growth Sites. The role owns the end-to-end front-end engineering value stream from quote through engineering and release, coordinates delivery across CI, digital, and operations teams, establishes repeatable standard work, manages cross-stream dependencies and roadmaps, and tracks KPIs and business value. It requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of program management or related experience, and strong leadership, strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder-influence skills. The position is available in Beachwood, Galesburg, Houston, Menomonee Falls, Moon Township, or Raleigh, with an annual salary range of $165,000 to $242,000 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.
