Advantage HQ is hiring a Senior Growth Strategist to own the growth, performance, and strategic direction of a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands. The role develops growth roadmaps across paid media, creative, influencer marketing, offers, funnels, and conversion optimization; leads cross-functional growth pods; partners with founders and senior marketing leaders; and drives testing, scaling, recovery, retention, and commercial outcomes. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, strong performance-marketing and commercial knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives. The position offers $180,000 to $320,000 USD in total annual compensation and is fully remote, with North America preferred.
