Axon is hiring a Senior Go-to-Market Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles across its go-to-market organization. The role partners with senior sales leaders, builds talent pipelines, uses sourcing and market data to improve hiring outcomes, and delivers a direct and inclusive candidate experience. It is based at Axon’s Phoenix Headquarters in North Scottsdale on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
