Commure is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support company-wide growth by partnering with Go-to-Market, G&A, Enterprise, and Operations leaders. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate pipelines, hiring targets, interview planning, recruiting metrics, data hygiene, and delivering a strong candidate experience. It requires at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, high-volume recruitment success, scalable process design, project management, stakeholder management, and software-industry recruiting experience. The position is hybrid and requires three days per week in the Mountain View, Los Angeles, or San Francisco office.
