Cobalt is hiring a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own and scale the technology infrastructure supporting its go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, the role serves as the technical owner of Salesforce and HubSpot, integrations, data enrichment, automation, customer-success systems, and AI-enabled workflows. The position requires at least seven years of experience in GTM systems, revenue or marketing operations, Salesforce administration, GTM engineering, or a related B2B SaaS field, along with advanced expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot, cross-platform integrations, data governance, automation, and AI. The role is fully remote and offers a US salary of $135,000 to $160,000 plus equity and benefits.
