Arm is hiring a Senior Hardware AI Engineer to build AI-enabled automation for hardware design and verification, improving Arm engineers’ cycle time and productivity. The role involves developing solutions using OpenAI Codex and EDA tool integrations, prototyping EDA AI tools, translating engineering needs into requirements, and leading adoption through demos, workshops, and onboarding guides. Candidates should have RTL design and verification methodology knowledge, experience with at least one major EDA vendor toolset, and practical AI automation experience; Python, scripting, agentic workflows, and customer-facing application engineering experience are preferred. The role offers hybrid working and regional salary ranges of EUR 60,500–81,900 in France, GBP 73,500–99,500 in the United Kingdom, and NOK 785,000–1,063,000 in Norway.
