Description
AWS Hardware Engineering is hiring a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to own the technical roadmap and full lifecycle of AI accelerator platforms, including GPU hardware, firmware, diagnostics, qualification, RMA strategy, and fleet-scale failure analysis. The role partners with GPU vendors, server teams, and senior leadership, develops health standards and dashboards, and mentors engineers. It is based in Cupertino, Seattle, or Denver and requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, hardware design and development experience, and at least seven years of relevant experience.
