The client is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex electronic systems for advanced computing and control platforms. Responsibilities include defining hardware requirements, designing mixed-signal schematics and PCBs, bringing up and validating boards, collaborating with firmware, software, and systems teams, supporting design for manufacturability, and mentoring other engineers. The role requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical discipline and 10+ years of board-level analog and digital electronics experience, with a base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 plus performance bonus and equity opportunity.
