Description
The role guides engineer assistants, leads hardware members for new-product development, coordinates with suppliers on root-cause analysis, selects and evaluates components, designs power-topology circuits, and uses PSIM, PLECS, or MathCAD for modeling and simulation. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of experience, experience with large-scale product-platform development and power-electronics products such as UPS, energy storage, charging piles, inverters, or frequency converters, and strong communication, presentation, and spoken English skills.
