KOSTAL Group is hiring a Hardware Developer for its KOSTAL Electro Mobility R&D centre in Prague to develop power-electronics hardware for electromobility products, including on-board chargers and high- and low-voltage DC/DC converters. The role covers calculations, schematic and PCB design, prototype development, testing, and the introduction of Python and AI-based development tools, with senior-level work on magnetics, EMC, and converter optimisation. Candidates need at least two years of power-electronics hardware development experience, a relevant university degree, strong analytical skills, and Czech and English proficiency; automotive experience and ISO 26262 familiarity are valued.
