Description
KOSTAL is hiring a Senior Project Engineer – Hardware Electronics to design, develop, validate, and maintain electronic hardware for automotive control modules and switches. The role covers schematic design, circuit and thermal analysis, BOM selection, PCB layout oversight, prototyping, qualification, customer and cross-functional collaboration, EMC testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of electronic hardware design experience, preferably in automotive, and experience with LIN and CAN circuits, WCCA, DFMEA, thermal analysis, and EMC-focused PCB layout.
