Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead multiple hardware engineering teams and managers responsible for developing complex networking platforms. The role provides strategic, technical, and people leadership across electrical and electronic subsystems, integrated circuitry, and platform solutions; manages programs, budgets, schedules, quality, reliability, cost, and risk; and advises senior leadership on technology direction and long-term investment strategy. The position is onsite, primarily from an HPE office, and requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, typically 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years of people management, and strong hardware design, validation, product development, and leadership capabilities.
