ChargePoint is hiring a Senior Program Manager for Hardware Engineering to lead planning and execution of engineering activities for EV charging hardware products. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, engineering milestones, development builds, change requests, testing, validation, tooling, manufacturing execution, risks, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, 4–8 years leading complex hardware technology projects, and strong project and program management, leadership, communication, and JIRA/Confluence skills. The position is based in Campbell, California, with a base salary of $148,695–$195,000 per year and health, dental, and vision insurance.
