Amazon Prime Air is hiring a Senior Hardware Reliability Engineer to define and lead reliability strategy for airborne drone hardware. The role covers reliability requirements, design-for-reliability activities, environmental and accelerated-life testing, test automation, failure analysis, risk quantification, statistical lifetime modeling, FRACAS, and cross-functional reliability governance. Candidates need at least seven years of hardware reliability, test, qualification, or failure-analysis experience, along with experience developing environmental and reliability-growth test plans for complex electromechanical hardware.
